Kathi is living her passion supporting her clients as they learn to flip the switch and commit to making healthier choices: eating healthy, moving more, and acknowledging their wants and desires. By doing so, her clients get to choose and create a better version of themselves.
Kathi was a busy Marketing executive at the age of 45 when she started her wellness journey. She was working in a high-stress corporate position that required a lot of hours at the office and in meetings. Her work often flowed over into the evening, as she strived to keep her head above water responding to emails and catching up on projects. Kathi, knew she needed to do something about her weight and health. She joined the gym, hired a personal trainer, released 40 pounds, and dropped 4 dress sizes. Now in her 50’s, she has more energy than ever, and she’s in the best shape of her life.
Kathi rediscovered herself and she says “If I could do it, so can you!”
Kathi’s enthusiasm for fitness and wellness blossomed as she transformed her Body, Mind, and Heart resulting in a better and healthier version of herself.
She credits her success to her dedication and commitment to staying the course and to the people who supported her along the journey. Kathi traded in her heals, suits, and business meetings for sneakers, spandex, and fitness classes. It’s her passion to provide support to individuals who want to do what she did, rediscover their Body, Mind, and Heart, and choose and implement a healthy lifestyle.
Kathi is a Professional Speaker, certified Life Coach, and Personal Trainer. She works with and speaks to women executives about flipping the switch and creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
