If you want one-on-one personal training at the Gym, I am available for sessions at the Las Vegas Athletic Club, with the most flexibility for sessions at the West Sahara and North Rainbow locations. If you prefer to work out on your own, I will provide you with a workout plan that your can follow at the gym or at home.

  • Between-session email support – convenient, brief communication when you need it.

$55 per session

“I’m Committed” Package

  • One-on-one training – private training session
  • 2-3 scheduled sessions per week. A session is 55 minutes. Ideal for people who are committed and budget conscious.
  • Between-session email support – convenient, brief communication when you need it.
  • Monthly review of food and exercise logs, 15-30 minute session.
  • Initial 10-session commitment.

$450 for 10 sessions (or $45 per session)

“I’m All In” Package

  • One-on-one training – private training sessions
  • 2-3 scheduled sessions per week. A session is 55 minutes. This package provides momentum towards your body transformation goals and your commitment results in savings.
  • Five-minute quick coaching sessions by phone between regular sessions – share successes and accomplishments or get feedback immediately.
  • Between-session email support – convenient communication when you need it.
  • Bi-monthly review of food and exercise logs, 15-30 minute sessions.
  • Initial 3-month commitment

$350 per month for 2 sessions per week (approx $41/session)

$495 per month for 3 sessions per week (approx $38/session)
