There are other factors besides numbers that are important. Know your numbers and pay attention to your body.
I consider Fiber a super food. For those of you looking for a quick fix, fiber is about as good as it gets.
Whether you believe the “experts” or not, doesn’t really matter. I am living proof that it works. I lost 40 pounds by doing three things every day: work out, stay within my calorie budget eating 5-6 meals a day, and drink plenty of water.

There is no quick fix to wellness. It’s about an overall healthy lifestyle. A daily multivitamin is another piece of the wellness puzzle. It’s up to you to put the puzzle together.
It’s a choice. Continue to “enjoy” food and keep the body you have or choose to implement a healthier lifestyle and “enjoy” the benefits of a healthier body.
It comes down to choice. Unless your beverages are providing you with nutrients along with the calories you are better off sticking to water and chewing your calories.
Excuses and reasons for why you cannot do something are not serving you. And this is a wellness “challenge”. It will require some effort on your part.
I attribute my success to hard work at the gym and tracking my calories daily. As a result I felt in control. When I was overweight I never felt like I was in control.
