Mind & Body Transformation Packages

Walk Package

  • One-on-one coaching – private coaching sessions
  • 3 scheduled sessions per month. A typical session is 30-50 minutes. Ideal for people who are self-starters.
  • Between-session email support – convenient, brief communication when you need it.
  • Monthly review of food and exercise logs, 15-30 minute session.
  • $2250 per quarter

Jog Package

  • One-on-one coaching – private coaching sessions
  • 4 scheduled sessions per month. A typical session is 30-50 minutes. This package provides momentum towards your mind/body transformation goals.
  • Five-minute quick coaching sessions by phone between regular sessions – share successes and accomplishments or get feedback immediately.
  • Between-session email support – convenient communication when you need it.
  • Bi-monthly review of food and exercise logs, 15-30 minute sessions.
  • $2995 per quarter.

Run Package

  • One-on-one coaching – private coaching sessions
  • Sessions at your convenience. Rather than prescheduling your sessions, you’ll be able to talk to your coach when you need her. Perfect for busy people who don’t fit precisely into regular schedules.
  • Get twice as much time with your coach as in the Job package – up to an hour and a half each week, as many as 6 hours per month. This package is for clients who want maximum return on their time and investment.
  • Time spent with your coach is extremely flexible. Need 5 minutes or an hour with your coach, you got it.
  • Unlimited between-session email support.
  • Weekly review of food and exercise logs, 15-30 minute sessions.
  • $4500 per quarter.
