As your Body Transformation Coach I will provide you with a wellness evaluation and support you in choosing simple steps towards your body transformation goals.
Creating a better version of yourself requires a three-pronged approach: physical activity, nutrition, and commitment. If losing weight is one of your goals, making healthy food and beverage choices is essential. I am a proponent of being physically active, but when it comes to losing weight, nutrition is the key to success.
As your Body Transformation Coach or Personal Trainer I will provide you with nutrition advice. If your primary goal is weight loss and you are not ready to commit to a Personal Training or Coaching program, consider the Healthy Choices Package below as a way to kickstart your new healthy lifestyle.
Healthy Choices Package
- One-on-one coaching – private coaching session
- Weekly scheduled session to review your food logs and calorie consumption. A typical session is 20-30 minutes. This package provides momentum towards your weight loss goals.
- Between-session email support – convenient, brief communication when you need it.
- Initial three-month commitment.
- $125 per month.
