Be forewarned… cocktails sometimes lead to bad decisions when it comes to food and men (hahaha)… kidding. Well I wan’t kidding about the food.
Fat is considered a macro nutrient, along with carbs and protein. It supplies the body with energy and our organs benefit when we eat healthy fats.
I add a tablespoon of cinnamon and a dash of cayenne pepper to my meal-replacement shakes to spice things up.
I consider Fiber a super food. For those of you looking for a quick fix, fiber is about as good as it gets.
It’s a choice. Continue to “enjoy” food and keep the body you have or choose to implement a healthier lifestyle and “enjoy” the benefits of a healthier body.
It comes down to choice. Unless your beverages are providing you with nutrients along with the calories you are better off sticking to water and chewing your calories.
Excuses and reasons for why you cannot do something are not serving you. And this is a wellness “challenge”. It will require some effort on your part.
